Cookie Policy
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and browser fingerprinting. This policy covers all of them.
2. Who We Are
Venuine ("we", "us", "our") operates the marketing website at venuine.com and the venue management platform at account.venuine.com. For questions about this policy, contact us at hello@venuine.com.
3. Cookies We Use
We use strictly necessary cookies for security and form protection, and we also use limited advertising and measurement technologies on our marketing website to understand ad performance and demo-request conversions. The table below lists the main cookie or storage items we set or load through our service providers.

Advertising and conversion measurement. The Venuine marketing website may load Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to measure ad performance, demo-request conversions, and campaign attribution. These tools may set or read cookies or similar identifiers depending on your browser settings and provider rules.
Analytics and measurement. We do not currently load Mixpanel, PostHog, Hotjar, or similar product analytics tools on the marketing website. If we add additional analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, your consent will be obtained before any non-essential cookies are set.
4. Legal Basis for Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and because they are strictly necessary to deliver the service you have requested (ePrivacy Directive, Recital 66). No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under EU or UK law.
5. Your Choices and Controls
You can manage or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the Venuine platform from functioning, and blocking advertising cookies may limit conversion measurement or ad personalization:
You can also opt out of Google reCAPTCHA data collection by not using the contact or demo-request forms, and reaching us directly at hello@venuine.com. For advertising choices, you can review Google Ads Settings and Meta Privacy Center.
6. Cookies in the Venuine Mobile App
The Venuine mobile application (iOS/Android) does not use browser cookies. Authentication tokens are stored securely in the device's encrypted keychain/keystore. No tracking SDKs are included in the mobile app.
7. Data Retention
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire on the date shown in the table above. You may delete any cookie at any time through your browser or device settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. If we make material changes — for example, adding non-essential cookies — we will notify you by a prominent notice on our website or, where required, seek your renewed consent.
