How It Started

Born from a
real problem

In 2024, our founding team spent time embedded with venue managers across multiple U.S. markets — watching how they actually worked. What we saw surprised us: incredible people running beautiful spaces with outdated tools.

Proposals sent as Word docs. Availability tracked in color-coded spreadsheets. Payment follow-ups by text message. Floor plans hand-drawn or done in PowerPoint. Every venue was piecing together 6-8 different tools just to operate.

We knew there had to be a better way. Venuine is that way — one cohesive platform, purpose-built for the way event venues actually work, enhanced by AI to scale what every team member can do.
