How long does it take to set up?

Most venues complete their setup in under 30 minutes. Our onboarding wizard walks you through creating your venue profile, customizing your booking page, connecting payments, and importing existing data. If you need help, our team is available to guide you through the process at no extra charge.
Do I need any technical skills?

Not at all. Venuine is built for venue owners and event coordinators, not developers. Everything is visual and intuitive — drag-and-drop floor plans, point-and-click proposal builders, and Veni, our AI assistant, is always there to help. If you can use email, you can use Venuine.
What types of venues does Venuine work for?

How does the AI assistant (Veni) work?

Veni is Venuine's built-in AI assistant trained specifically for venue management. It can draft proposals and follow-up emails, suggest optimal pricing based on your history, answer client inquiries intelligently, recommend floor plan layouts for specific event types, and help you write professional communications — all based on your venue's specific data and context.
Can clients book directly through Venuine?

Yes! Every Venuine account includes a customizable public booking page where clients can view your venue details, check real-time availability, explore floor plans, and submit booking requests. You can embed it on your existing website or share the direct link. All inquiries flow into your Venuine dashboard for easy management.
Does Venuine handle contracts and e-signatures?

Yes. Create professional proposals and contracts with our built-in editor, including itemized pricing, terms and conditions, and custom clauses. Clients can review and e-sign documents directly from their browser or mobile device — no printing, scanning, or third-party signature tools needed. Signed documents are stored securely in your account.
Can I manage multiple venues?

Absolutely. The Professional plan supports up to 3 venue locations, and the Enterprise plan offers unlimited venues. Each venue gets its own booking page, calendar, floor plans, and settings — while you manage everything from one unified dashboard. Switch between venues with a single click.
Does Venuine integrate with Google Calendar?

Yes. Venuine syncs bidirectionally with Google Calendar so your personal calendar stays up to date with all venue bookings and events. When a new booking is confirmed in Venuine, it appears in your Google Calendar automatically, and vice versa — preventing double-bookings and keeping your schedule accurate.
Do you offer a demo?

Yes. We offer personalized demos so you can see how Venuine fits your venue workflow, team size, and goals before making a decision.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. Cancel from your account settings at any time — no questions asked. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export anything you need.
Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees, ever. Your monthly or annual subscription covers the entire Venuine platform. The only additional costs are standard payment processing fees charged directly by Stripe (2.9% + 30¢) or Square (2.6% + 10¢) when you process payments through your venue's account.
What payment processors does Venuine support?

Venuine integrates with both Stripe and Square for payment processing. You can accept credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, and more. Connecting your payment account takes just a few clicks through our secure setup flow — no developer work needed.
Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Venuine uses bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit, and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Your information is stored on secure, SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. We never share your data with third parties and comply with industry-standard security practices. Payments are processed directly through Stripe/Square — we never touch or store credit card numbers.
Can I import my existing data?

Yes. You can import client lists, event history, and contact data via CSV upload directly from your dashboard. For more complex migrations (from other venue management tools, CRMs, or spreadsheets), our team can assist with custom data migration — included at no extra cost for Enterprise customers.
What kind of support does Venuine offer?

All plans include email support with an average response time under 4 hours during business hours. Professional plan customers get priority support. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated account manager, priority phone support, and optional on-site onboarding and training for your team.
